Pınar is a master’s student in the Division of Ecology, Department of Biology at Hacettepe University. Her thesis topic is “The effect of post-fire restoration applications on woody species diversity, functional diversity, and resistance and resilience capacity of the community to fire and climate change in a Turkish red pine forest”. While she is studying in the ecology department, she worked for bear study experiment, germination experiment, scrub vegetation fieldwork, forest vegetation fieldwork and post-fire restoration fieldwork. She works as a project assistant in the Izmir Nature Atlas project.
