As a master’s student in the Division of Ecology at Hacettepe University, I’m exploring the fascinating topic of “Spatiotemporal Patterns of Lightning-Induced Wildfires in Turkey.” During my undergraduate studies, I took part in various field research projects across Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, the Mediterranean, and the Aegean regions, covering fire ecology, plant functional traits, nomadic pastoralism, raptor migration, breeding birds, and large mammals.
